Q. What are your trading hours?
A. Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm – Closed Saturday / Sunday and Public Holidays.
Q. Do I need to register before I place an order?
A. Yes, you will need to register before finalising your order. You will also have a record of previous
orders & transactions for tax purposes. Click here to Register a login account
Q. Can I call and place my order over the phone?
A. Yes you can, call us on 03 9770 8272 and one of our customer service team will take your order.
Q. Do you ship outside of Australia?
A. No unfortunately at this stage we only deliver within Australia.
Q. What if I can’t find a product online?
A. Ritesafe Safety has over 250,000 product lines of which all my not be uploaded to our website. Please contact a customer service team member and they can advise if the product is available.
Q. I have received my item and it is faulty?
A. Please refer to our Refunds / Returns Policy page.
Q. How much is delivery?
A. Delivery is $15 for orders Under $250.
FREE Standard Delivery Applies to all order over $250 for Standard products purchased
* Excludes heavy or oversized Items as per listed on the website and in our Shipping and Delivery Policy – These will show as PICK UP only or Buyer to arrange own freight .
Q. Can you embroidery or print my company Logo onto garments?
A. Yes we can. Please visit our page Company Logo’s for details on what we require from you.
Q. Do you have a minimum for Embroidery on garments?
A. Yes, a minimum of 5 garments must be done at any one time. If you do not have 5 garments or do not wish to purchase 5, you will be charged for 5 embroidery charges regardless of actual garments embroidered. Please refer to our Company Logo’s page for more information.
Q. Do you have a minimum for printed Garments?
A. No, however you will be charged for a screen and film per logo position. Printing depends on colours and how many garments you would like done. Please refer to our Company Logo page for more information.
Q. Do you have any other retail stores we can visit?
A. At this stage Ritesafe Safety only has one RETAIL Shop outlet located at Unit 10 – 47/49 Frankston Gardens Drive Carrum Downs.

A. Ritesafe Safety is proud to be 100% Australian owned and operated.
Q. I need to open a trade account and arrange a representative to visit my business premises, how do I arrange this?
